WORKFAIR 2026

The world’s largest virtual career fair specifically designed for LGBTQ+ students, recent graduates and allies. This unique event will be held on November 4, 2026, in collaboration with vFairs.

myGwork’s latest research shows that over 70% of LGBTQ+ Gen Z students and graduates place a high value on the ability to be out at work. This highlights the increasing importance of inclusive work environments. By collaborating with us, your institution can play a vital role in helping your students and recent graduates connect with inclusive employers who are committed to inclusion, belonging, and equity.
